I was in town visiting a friend and have been having painful difficulties with my shoulder. I knew I needed eastern massage therapy and my research on local practitioners lead me to Lily. I knew she would help me with my issues. Her website describes all of her treatment modalities and her reviews are fantastic. I booked an appointment for my friend as well as my own. Lily is exactly as described by other reviewers. She has amazing energy and therapeutic knowledge and abilities. Lily was amazing! So knowledgeable, kind and professional. I wasn't looking for a traditional massage. I knew I had knots that really needed to be worked out. I told her I was extremely ticklish and have avoided massages most of my life because of that. She worked on all of my problem areas, and made me feel comfortable while doing so. I went to Lily for the first time this week and I couldn't leave without booking another massage for both myself and my fiancé because she is that amazing! Lily was able to find areas of tightness in my body and work to loosen them by targeting the root cause. She has true talent and days later I am still feeling the positive effects of her work. Lily is an incredible shiatsu practitioner! I have been suffering from pain in my shoulder for years that became exacerbated about 8 months ago from a gardening injury. In just one session, Lily increased my range of motion and considerably reduced my pain. She focused in on the problem area for the entire session and knew exactly how to find the spots that needed to be worked out. It was a deeply therapeutic session. I was so impressed not only by her level of skill, but also by her energetic presence, which is something very important to me.
