Walton Nails & Spa

I went in with hopes of relaxing. My pedicure was immaculate and exactly what I expected. My manicure was done by a different person. Pretty sure she was the manager she was so distracted the entire time trying to organize her employees and not paying attention to what she was doing. She cut my pinkie then proceeded to file it repeatedly as I was trying to pull my hand away. Every nail is a different shape and length, there are air bubbles and dirt underneath the top coat. All the lines are crooked and some don’t even reach the edge of my nail like they should, my cuticles are destroyed. Just super disappointing. I will say Lucy did my pedicure and she was wonderful! **edit** Added some new pictures because it’s been 3 days and the nails are already chipping and peeling.

Fantastic place! I'm new to getting my nails done and the staff have always been understanding and helpful with all my questions. Today I brought in a butterfly wing design I found on the Internet and despite never having done it before, my tech did AMAZING!

I've been coming to Walton for about 6 months now. No problems really until yesterday. Pedicure was fine, lady was very nice. I got to my manicure and the lady told me the design I wanted was $20 extra. So I changed the design I wanted and she said ok. Come to 1 hour later, she put the $20 design on my nails. I didn't say anything because it's pretty. But I know this is a tactic y'all use to get more money out of people and I won't stand for it. I'm sorry, I don't own a salon so I don't have the money to shuck out of a simple line design I can do myself. Going back to Jackson Nails, at least they listen to you.

These ladies always do a great job and are super friendly! Lena and Lucy are amazing if you are able to schedule with them :)

Jenny did an amazing job! I didn’t really know what I wanted and she was s ok helpful! I’ve gotten dip every time I’ve gone and it’s amazing every time!
