I have previously rated them better 5 stars. The last 2 times I have had a pedicure, they hurt me cutting the cuticles. Usually, my polish will normally last at least 2 weeks, and It did not, and the biggie is I noticed that since my visit, my little toe nail has felt funny. It is virtually falling off. I'm not sure I will go back. You get someone different every time, and the last three times, they have been too rough.

Tina does an amazing job and is very thorough. I gave them a 3 is because there are only 2 people there and they don't take appointments, even if you call ahead. Last time I went, there were two customers being helped and 3 more ahead of me. I left. Otherwise, it's a beautiful, clean environment. They just need a lot more staff.

My regular tech was on leave so I decided to try fancy nails. My daughter and I walked in and were greeted. As I was signing in I was asked what we wanted, I told them 2 fills. Even though there were two people working on clients and 4 kids climbing on the furniture, there was no one else waiting for service we were told it would be a while and to try the shop across the street. I have NEVER in my life been turned away for service and I immediately took offense and indeed left. I paid the next shop $110 and tipped an additional $50 for 2 acrylic fills. Your loss fancy nails. Next time inform customers how long a wait will be and allow THEM to decide if they would like to wait or not, don't just dismiss them out the door like their money isn't good enough to be spent in your facility.
