Elaine the receptionist is so sweet and considerate, Stephanie & Tiffany (dental hygienist) are experts in their field got me looking fresh and sharp! Dr Wallingford is superb with the needle! I can’t say enough nice things about this place! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my smile! Highly recommend

Dr. Wallingford did dental work for myself and my mom years ago that ended up being unnecessary and/or terribly done. In my mom’s case, he told her she needed a cap on one of her teeth. Specifically a gold cap. He cemented it onto her tooth crooked and off balance. She spent the next week+ in agony, unable to close her mouth because of the cap hitting another tooth on the opposite side. Dr. Wallingford had gone on vacation the day after doing this to her, so it couldn’t be addressed until he got back over a week later. When he returned, the impact of the crooked cap hitting her other, then healthy tooth, wound up killing the healthy tooth altogether. From the very first call with Elaine, who was so helpful in scheduling my cleaning, to the amazing care I received from everyone along the way—it’s clear that this office genuinely cares for their patients. Two weeks ago, I had my cleaning with Star, who was incredibly sweet and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Today, I returned for some fillings, and Dr. Wallingford and Chris were absolutely fantastic. They communicated with me every step of the way, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. After a very traumatic dental experience and a few others that didn't help me with my concerns I was hesitant to enter any dental office. I decided to give it another shot and had a very a thorough exam/consult with Dr. Wallingford. His staff made me feel comfortable and cared for, I am confident that I am in good hands. The front office was easy to work with, from making the appointment to discussing all of my financial options with me. Wish I had gone to them years ago!

After shadowing Dr. Wallingford, I saw how much he cares for his patients and tries to minimize costs as much as he can. He has newer technology within the office to quickly and efficiently get the procedures done. He trained the assistants well, so they are very knowledgable and personable! The hygienists are friendly and gentle, and as a patient, I feel like I'm in great hands!
