I called and booked my daughter’s ear piercing appt with Emmie. She was so kind and helped me with pricing and checking to see if they had the earrings in stock. Her and her Mom Cathy were AMAZING! We were welcomed with smiles and sodas. Emmie was so gentle as she pierced my teenage daughter’s third piercings. We went ahead and pierced her helix as well. Once we were done and went to check out they printed a Certificate of Bravery! She thought that was so cute! When we purchased the earrings and cleaning solution they also gave her makeup samples. Cathy and Emmie went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! Hands down the best customer service ever have had in long time! We will definitely be back!

Just moved to the area and stopped by to pick up my favorite lip liner and lip stick. Such a cute little boutique and Cathy is so sweet and helpful.

Took my 4 year old daughter in today and got her ears pierced (she has been begging for months). I honestly thought she was going to chicken out or only get one done after she felt the pain of the first one. We had such a wonderful experience. Kathy was so patient, kind and explained everything so thoroughly. She made my daughter feel so safe. Definitely recommend to anyone that is taking their little girl in to get their ears pierced for the first time.
