Like two other reviews, we had the same experience that the business does not honor the service sold to the customers. My friend and I purchased three sessions of PRP microneedling after our first trial. It was great and the girl helped us was very friendly and prompt to address our issues. After completing our second sessions, it is getting extremely difficult to schedule for the third session. We were told that the girl left and they are trying to find a person who can perform the procedure whereas the service is listed on their website. Please be alert when purchasing this service! My experience here started out great, I purchased tirzepatide from a sales woman I was working with. After purchasing TWO vials, I received the first and was told the second would be sent when I was out of the first because of its shelf life… which makes sense. But then… When I contacted the woman I purchased these vials from that I needed the second, she had responded that she no longer worked there but that she would try to get in contact with the owners about the vial I had already paid in full for, but had not received yet. I love this clinic, always feel welcomed, I feel right at home, I was involved with a Car accident and had a lot of pain, Dr. Darius was very helpful and has helped me with my pain tremendously. I also did the Body Contouring with Tiffany and I loved it I lost two inches off my waist in my first treatment She was tremendously helpful and had all the answers to my questions. If you ever need anything done at all this is the place to go 1000/10 recommend.

Got a really good massage from Chris Ocasio. He did reflexology and had great techniques for my lumbar area as well as all over. The manager who originally did my treatments suddenly left, which I don't believe was her choice, since she told me she'd be training her replacement for weeks. Not a single staff member stayed consistent after that--every visit I had someone different, and the person she said she was training never appeared again. Huge red flag.
