Peaceful Day Spa

As you walk in the ambiance is so relaxing!! I stepped in to check it out. It's absolutely beautiful. It was a warm welcome and I felt like I could stay for hours. It's new, fresh, and welcoming. I love the lobby and the pictures they have up. The treatment rooms are relaxing and everything is updated. The massage therapist is very professional and all the staff is lovely.

The spa is in a great location in ALtamonte Springs, nicely tucked in the corner, which makes it feel calm and relaxing from the start. I felt welcome and respected. Alicia was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere and the music helped me relax. After my visit, I felt renewed and in a much better mood. This spa really makes a difference in my day!

I had an amazing hot stone massage with Alicia! She’s the owner, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. She discovered a huge knot under my foot that’s been causing my lower back pain and worked it out like it was nothing. The massage was both deeply relaxing and incredibly effective. I left feeling lighter, pain-free, and completely refreshed. If you want a massage that actually works and leaves you feeling amazing, do yourself a favor and book with Alicia!

I came from out the country and was in the area looking for a place to have a relaxing time after a long day of meetings. I had a deep tissue massage with hot stones that helped my tension melt away ,and felt so relaxed after. I highly recommend this place.

My body was aching so bad and I was in desperate need for a good massage. I happened to see an ad on facebook for Peaceful Day Spa and immediately and very easily booked an appointment. I just left there massage drunk to say the least. 😉🙌 Christine did an amazing job. I definitely recommend her and the spa and I definitely will be returning. Thank you.
