Update: 3/9/2025 They made two appointments for vaccination and made to wait for 40min and says they are out of stock. That explains how broken their systems are, one hand don’t talk to other. This is a very basic logic to check inventory and make appointments. No wonder why this $100billion valued company is now a $10 billion . No care to customers Update 6/3/2024: pharmacy always want me to call the Dr office and Insurance for refills, why can’t they call and get it done?. Now when I call Dr office and insurance they claim Pharmacy did not send the request. How come cvs and Safeway blocks away does it with out my involvement ? Too many customers are making them show this behavior. Not once, but many times. The pharmacist said transfer my prescription & that they can’t call offices. Wow,

Thank you, Ronald for your excellent customer service. This young man was on point. He pointed out things that was on sale. He made sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to service us. You don’t get customer service like that from young people nowadays thumbs up Rojard keep up the good work.

One of the worst customer service locations of Walgreens, especially the pharmacy. The wait times are really long, and they make a lot of mistakes with prescriptions and insurance.
