Walgreens

This place is a crazy joke! Every time we call for refills or the Doctor calls in. We don't get them for days. My boss is 89 years old. She can't wait for any of her meds to be late. We have waited for a Z-Pak that a doctor over 24 hours to go. We still don't have them.

Pharmacy staff please get it together. Unorganized, and MESSY. High turn over I blame Walgreens corporations because if they don't pay these people they won't behave right or work with integrity. I think if you improve on those wages things may improve. In the mean time I won't be back I'm sorry!

This pharmacy is the worst. Every time I go in, I stand there for 10-20 minutes waiting on someone and there are always 3 or 4 people walking around in the pharmacy that just ignore you. The last time i went, there was a kid that looked like he just rolled out of bed, with his greasy hair sticking up everywhere, just rushing around acting busy and not doing anything. The customer service is definitely lacking. The store side is great though.

Went in for a Fex ex drop only to find no one at the "on-site" FedEx drop off area. I managed to find an employee to help me but no clue about even where to find supplies. The counter was stacked with paperwork and things (yet no supplies), and was disorganized, and messy.

Huge thanks to this Walgreens for finally convincing us to move all our prescriptions elsewhere. They changed my wife’s medication pickup date three separate times, and asked me to come back day after day — only to tell me, “Nope, we still don’t have it, try tomorrow.” After 3–4 pointless trips, my wife ran out of her meds completely. We walked into a CVS out of desperation, and they solved everything in minutes — something this Walgreens couldn’t manage in nearly a week. So yes — we’re done here. All prescriptions are being transferred to CVS. Sincere thanks to Walgreens for helping us make that decision.
