The pharmacy’s never answer phone, and keep messing up my only order. I was traveling to Murray and had to move one of the prescription (no refill left) from a hospital pharmacy to there. The hospital made a mistake, but they didn’t find out. I noticed my order didn’t go through, but there’s no way I could talk to anyone in this pharmacy on phone. I had to go in-person. Eventually they fixed the order, but they didn’t have the medication and had to order. I really needed the med ASAP so I called another few pharmacies in town, and they actually answered my phone (all of the none-chain pharmacy did)! This is pharmacy ONLY - Do NOT expect to be able to reach a soul on the phone. Rings, they pick up and place you back on hold over and over. Trying to talk to a pharmacist/tech about an Rx since we don't live there - Not going to happen. The hours are also terrible.

This may be the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They are very slow in filling prescriptions and that is of you can get them to fill the prescription.

Love the stores that we can go to and get in and out and have a great customer service experience and get treated with such lovely care bc not everyone of us is used ta it fa real!

Awful. Cancels orders without any notice and they won’t call to tell you. App sucks, every month I get my stuff there’s at minimum one issue if not multiple. Will be moving finally, anywhere else.
