Don’t worry, they sell to everyone. If you need anything the lady’s at the counter will explain the products and sell to non licensed professionals. I spent over 20 minutes waiting to get my stuff for my salon because she had to explain what the professional products were to an unlicensed individual. When I asked at the counter she told me “we can’t refuse anyone.” The don’t respect our time, money and hustle getting the cosmetologist license and tell us oh well. It was absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed corporate and let them know!

They are so slow with there sells cause there taking the time to explain how to use a product don’t buy a product if you don’t understand it or know how to use it as cosmologists you wanna be able to get the supplies you need and get and not have to wait 20-30 mins cause someone else doesn’t know how to use the product there buying

They never have a good selection and always out of so much product. Do not sell milkshake products. Not good selection and funny how they never have bags and must buy a bag at $1.49 at the murray ky store.

Braxton is literally the most helpful person ever. Always nice, friendly, in a good mood. He remembers you and your needs. Every cosmo needs one of him.

The staff is very knowledgeable. They are friendly. Always well stocked and organized. I always find what I need here.
