Walgreens

First, I was very impressed with my ability to get great photo Xmas cards made from a picture on my phone, so fast and so reasonable. However, the system at our Walgreens was not recognizing Android phones for a number of days. A very helpful Walgreens employee was familiar with how to make it work. It required a lot of steps to get around the problem, including downloading a new QR code reading app. When she finished, my phone was extremely changed and rearranged. Half of my homescreen apps were gone or shifted to different screens, and my notification buttons under settings were all changed. I was able to recover most, but it took some time that night. It wasn't a disaster, but they really need to work on that.

I went to pick up a prescription, but the doctor sent it to the wrong Walgreens. Teika was magnificent, she handled my frustration flawlessly. Never once losing her smile. When I had finished she looked at me, her smile got bigger, she said hold on. When she returned, about 3 minutes later, she was holding a prescription, my prescription. Wonderful service from a delightful person at the pharmacy drive up window.

Thanks to pharmacist (Ryan) and Angela for their help in working out my RX needs from another state. While on an extended vacation I ran out of one of my prescriptions. Ryan worked with my local pharmacy and got my prescription transferred. Thanks so much!

Joan is very Nice 😊 her and staff every time me and my little baby Larry which Joan nick named him wally which is so cute since I almost 😅 went into labor every time we visited walgreens while pregnant 🤰 with him what an amazing experience it was other than the contractions lol 😂 and the employees in the pharmacy were so supportive and caring thanks to the employees 🥰@ Walgreens💕

I wanted to know where to drop something off for Fed Ex. I located the only worker I could see, who stood with her back to me, stocking a shelf. I politely said, "excuse me I was wondering if--" and she stopped me mid sentence with an incredibly rude-toned, "MA'AM you're going to have to wait till I'm done for me to help you." It caught me totally off guard that she was so rude and snappy. I walked away immediately to keep from going off on her. Luckily, a very nice man found me standing at the photo counter looking confused. He helped me right away and was super polite. I had some shopping to do so I collected up a few things and headed to the checkout. Unfortunately, the mean lady was at the front register by the time I was ready to make a purchase. She was still being short with other c
