Only put one star in order to post a review. Today was into the store. And I was just amazed at the entire situation. 1) I had an online order to pick up. (Which I have done many times) I received a confirmation email it was ready. When I got to the store the girl working didn’t even know they had online orders. Mind you it was very obvious this employee was under an opiate influence. 2) After she realized there was online orders I still had to go get my own order. 3 At which point a second employee Faith came out and was extremely rude telling me here is your order and throwing it at me and not even apologizing for the mix up. I have shopped here many times for a number of years. This is beyond insulting.

I can’t even explain how wonderful my beauty consultant Catera, the store manager is. She goes above and beyond to always help me walk out with a smile on my face and the right products I need in my hand. She is very talented and knows which products best suit me. I will never go anywhere else but here to get my beauty supplies- highly recommended!!

Last week I made a trip to Sally’s with the intentions of finding a new shampoo & conditioner, a solution for frizzy hair, and a toner. When I walked into the store I noticed how clean it was and how promptly I was greeted by Catera. I explained what I was looking for and she listened so carefully. I had grabbed the toner, she explained the difference in each developer and actually educated me on it. Prior to this I had no clue that the specific toner I was buying had a developer in its line. I guess you learn something new each day! She then took me over to the shampoo and conditioner, showed me the product she loves for frizz and made sure that I was taken care of. I went in with my mamma to shop for my wedding gifts and we were greeted by the kindest, happiest sales attendents!!! The women at the front desk were knowladgable, funny, and extremely helpful. We felt safe, respected, and totally taken care of. If you need any beauty supplies don't hesitate to head in to this location! Truly wonderful experience, they made shopping a real joy 😀🍀🌺 Thank you ladies!!!
