Walgreens

I am a regular customer at this store. The store is always kept tidy, and the staff for the most part is ok. Some of the workers have attitudes. But I can't blame them because.. I’ve noticed that management seems to lack empathy for their workers. I’ve seen employees come into work while visibly sick, which is not good for either customers or staff. Management should take into consideration that when someone is ill, they are not in a position to properly serve customers or protect everyone’s well-being. I sincerely hope that management is not intentionally requiring sick employees to work, as that would be concerning and unfair TO THEIR WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS.

I recently went into the 2975 Fort Campbell Blvd Walgreens on 2/10/2026 and picked up some photos where employee Thomas Brinton was very helpful. I very much think he deserves a raise because he was such a help in putting in a frame for my photo.

Excellent five star store with a manager named Thomas with an Excellent Customer Service employee name Kaelin who was very professional, patience and has respect for the customers. I recommend this store with five stars.

Got there at 9:20am and the pharmacy isn't open in which it supposed to open at 9am. Oh the pharmacist is late!!!!!

As soon as I walk in the store, I will create immediately by cashier. Cashier said hello hello welcome to Walgreens. This made me feel welcomed and happy to shop inside the store. Employees are always friendly inside the store., They always smile and ask if I need any help finding anything. I enjoy shopping at a store where I feel more. Than a customer, I feel like family. The quality service I receive I don’t get at other stores I regularly Shop. I would rate 10 stars if I could!!..😎👍
