I’ve been dealing with pain in my jaw for more than 20 years. I didn’t know what a myofascial release therapy was until I saw a video. I looked up the closest location to me and this was not the first location I found, but it was the one I decided to make an appt with. After 1 visit, I went from having to wear a night guard during most of my day from clenching to 1 full day of not needing it until bedtime. As she pressed on my fascia, it fought back at her fingers-lashing like an angry serpent. When she released, my knees went numb and it hurt in the best possible way. I felt relief that I don’t remember the last time I felt it. I’ve already made my next appt. I can’t wait to see how much better I can feel from the next one.

Phenomenal massage! What a hidden gem here in Clarksville for massages! I wanted a deep tissue massage and it was great! Cassandra worked into my muscles and really helped elevate some tension that I had. I will be going back for another massage. The room was located in the back of an office building. Her room was very clean and calming with ambient light and sound to make the massage more relaxing. The overall experience was great and highly recommend seeing her!
