The pharmacy staff is nice, however the pharmacy is ALWAYS out of my medications on auto refill. I am left without my prescriptions for sometimes 2 weeks. When there is any issue with filling a medication like it needs an updated script from the doctor they do not notify you, it just sits until you call to ask what the delay is.

I recommend going to another location for prescriptions. I had a frustrating experience trying to pick up my medication. Initially, there was a disagreement about whether my prescription had been received, even though my doctor confirmed that it was sent and faxed. I waited for an hour and a half only to leave without my prescription because they kept saying they would start filling it "ASAP" – three times, in fact. I was so overwhelmed that I couldn't help but cry. The staff teased me about having several addresses, a situation linked to my past experiences with abuse. They made me read things aloud from my card after taking it to input my insurance information. I spoke to them three times at the window while trying to pick up my nerve pain medication, but ultimately, I walked away empty

If I could give zero stars, I would. This pharmacy is hands-down the worst experience I’ve had with any healthcare provider. The customer service is beyond unprofessional — rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It’s like they’re doing you a favor just for answering the phone or acknowledging you at the counter. Prescriptions are never ready when promised, and even basic communication seems to be a struggle. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get a straight answer or even confirm whether my medication was in stock — which it often wasn’t, even after being told it was. The staff clearly lacks training, compassion, and any sense of urgency. When you’re dealing with people’s health, this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

I love the location of this Walgreens! The staff are very responsible and helpful. I had lost my debit card (twice!), the supervisor answered their phone line, she was very pleasant about being my eyes and ears there. Thank you to the 4 pm employees, I did not catch their names

I hate to leave negative reviews but I feel the need to spare anyone that chooses this location the frustration. Every time I have decided to give them another try I have dealt with the same thing. The computer always “crashes” and needs to be reloaded to either find your script and they ask for you to pull around. Then there is a confusion with the simple script. You will do circles around their drive-thru while they attempt to fill your order while their computer crashes again. You will likely leave frustrated without your prescription. I am a mom with children in the car and usually it is for an ear infection. When kids are in pain some grace and customer service compassion would be nice.
