the staff is so friendly and kind! after a scheduling mix-up (technology issue which they’re trying to make more user-friendly), they were able to get me in quickly. I love chatting with T! She makes the whole experience as enjoyable as it can be and puts you at ease. Additionally, Kayla reached out afterwards to personally apologize for the tech issue and put a credit on my account for my next visit! It’s a small business that I will support for a long time.

I just had my eyebrows waxed and colored with henna by Gianna. They look so awesome, it's like they're in their 20s again! The service was so relaxing and super professional. It was a great environment; clean and cozy. It was a great way for some self care and to regain some expression in the brows. 10 out of 10!

At first glance, Waks is an Extremely warm and cozy environment, with lots of rad artwork and good tunes. I went to the owner, Kayla, for my eyebrows. She was very professional while being friendly and open to conversation to make you feel comfortable. Exceptionally clean wax space as well. 10 out of 10, will be returning! :)

First time there, these are the kinds of places that make me feel good about being alive, I know that sounds nuts, but when you find a person who's figured out what they're meant to do on this earth, how they're meant to contribute - it's bliss. Had a bikini wax that for the first time, didn't make me wince, cry or later, sting and regret. I don't know what she's conjured in that purple mixture but it's soft and warm and if I didn't know it was wax, I might want to take a nap in it. Fantastic vibe even from the outside. Very warm, inclusive and fun inside, everyone's lovely, shop is cleanclean, the pricing is extremely reasonable. Just a terrific experience. Lucky me.

My daughter went for an eyebrow wax, and I went for a wax with henna. We both loved our services! The salon is immaculate and welcoming, and the staff was terrific! I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone.
