They don’t carry the liquid gel for nails, yet selling the UV Lamp for gel nails for nearly $45. They have everything for Acrylic nails.

A few days ago I came in to buy a few items on my way to work..there was a light skinned lady, (her hair was shaved around the edges and long in the middle) working behind the counter. Other customers were being rung up in a timely manner and the cashier was very friendly to them.. a few minutes later I placed my products on the counter ready to make my purchase..and she ignored me and just let me stand there. I ended up leaving the products on the counter and walked out. It's not her company so why would she care. I'm sure she would've never displayed this type of behavior if the owners were present. I'll shop some where else where the customers are treated better or online.

I’ve been exploring some fun ways to play with new hair styles. I looked on Amazon but decided to pop into a few local places. I first went to another beauty supply place in Wake Forest, but they didn’t have anything. They suggested I try Wake Beauty. I drove over and was completely surprised by the variety and inventory of all the different hair. There were a lot of different wigs and ponytails to choose from. The girl at the store helped me make a great choice and I am so excited with the items I purchased. If you’re looking for a huge variety of options and fun ways to change up your luck, definitely visit this location.

This place is dishonest. I have shopped here in the past for as long as I can remember. They have a 30 day refund policy on their wall. I even asked the woman checking me out if I could return hair for refund if I didn’t use it. She said I could as long as I hadn’t opened the package. When I just went in to do a return, three people came to the front (one yelling in my ear- I was assured it was just her volume). Even when I pointed them to the big sign on their wall with the store policy they insisted it was only for exchange or store credit and to look at the fine print on the receipt. I was so frustrated with how dishonest it all felt I didn’t want the store credit and just gave it to the woman behind me. I will never give them business again!!

I bought some earrings yesterday, the lady that waited on me asked, if I wanted to keep my receipt. I said, no because I didn’t think there would be a problem with the earrings I bought, but since I have read the reviews, I won’t waste my time returning them the earrings were defected, lesson learned. I gave three star because this doesn’t receive anything back without a receipt.
