I just had the most incredible, soul-soothing massage at Wailea Healing Center with the owner, Rebecca, and it truly felt like a little bit of serendipity. I had accidentally booked at a wrong location in West Maui, and when I arrived, there was no appointment on the schedule. Rebecca was actually about to head out for the day, yet with such grace and generosity, she offered to stay and take care of me. What could have been a stressful “oops” turned into one of the most beautiful experiences of my trip!! Rebecca completely shifted gears and gave me the most intuitive, deeply therapeutic yet profoundly relaxing massage. I usually request deep tissue because I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders - and she absolutely knew how to work into those areas with skill and intention - y

I have had massages all over the world. This was by far one of the best I have ever had. LaRue was an exceptional massage therapist who truly helped release may stress points and assist with the pain I was experiencing. The backdrop of an outside massage with an ocean view and breeze added to the magic!!!! Will go again before we leave in March!!! This will be a repeat visit every year!

Unsatisfactory Experience We booked a couples massage months in advance and received confirmation. On the day of the appointment, we attempted to call to confirm but received no answer. Per the instructions on their website, we also texted two hours prior to confirm, again with no response. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, we were told that one of the massage therapists did not show up. We were offered the option to reschedule, but given the lack of communication leading up to the appointment and the overall disorganized feel upon arrival, the experience did not inspire confidence, and we chose not to proceed. We stayed in Wailea in Maui for our honeymoon and wanted to find a good massage place, and we decided to do an outdoor couples massage at Wailea Healing Center. Our massage was absolutely fantastic. The people at the center were very welcoming upon our arrival including Rebecca the owner and the other massage therapist (I think her name was Allie). They drove us in a golf cart down to the private tent, which was a fun start and felt very intimate. The massages were amazing and we left feeling incredibly relaxed and happy that we chose this location. Highly recommend if you are vacationing in Wailea.
