Maui's Best Massage + Spa

I got a facial and was very disappointed. She barely looked at my skin and asked questions, she also did not give me a quick run down on what to expect. She wore gloves that felt so harsh on my skin and never asked once how anything was feeling. Didn’t let me know she was using steam on my face and just turned it on without asking how the temperature was, turned the light on without telling me first. Just an overall bad experience. I even left with mud mask in my hairline, which she also used a steel comb to comb through my hair without asking. I work in a spa environment so I feel confident that this isn’t something that people come to for a spa experience.

We did not get Lomi Lomi massages, we got elbows and massage therapists that didn’t know what they were doing. I have had lomi lomi and these are my favourite. This was so expensive and not what we had anticipated. The hot stones were nice and the oils, but the sheets were stained as well on both beds, it just didn’t provide the service we were expecting. A lot of the reviews on here are old? Maybe it’s changed, maybe new staff? The reviews I read were good. The front desk staff was sweet and professional, but overall to spend that much Canadian and leave feeling like we did not get the service we came for is really disappointing.

What an amazing experience! They were able to get us in on short notice (day of) and the experience was none other. They use environmental friendly check in and you get to choose the music. The staff were beyond friendly and professional. The experience of the massage therapist was great , she focused on the areas that I selected and really checked in with me multiple times through out the massage. We could not recommend enough!

We got a couples massage. Last minute booking. They accommodated us without any problems. The massage was great, focused on what we needed. They even asked what kind of background music we wished! Great massages and fantastic ambiance. Highly recommend!

Cant say it’ll be this way for long but I was having a wonderful appy-drink session at Lima and decided to get my basic Pedi done (they were Paia barefoot style). Called up and got an appt promptly with Jade(I’m a guy). Got my pedi and it was like an angel blessed my nails I didnt feel anything but the joy of a good massage. Got my nails buffed and shiny just for fun. She did my wife after Mani-Pedi and there were both stoked. Highly recommended.
