W-nails Salon & Spa

I went and did my nails on Valentine's Day with the dad.I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden.I noticed like dark stain under my nail.I lifted the nail cause it was itchy and it had an older so I lift up the nail and this was under this green stain i don't know why this happened, but I'm thinking it's that they don't clean their drill bits. They don't change out their filers. They use the same drew bits and filers on everybody. They don't take time out of their day. Or before they close to sanitize their instruments that they use on the people that is very unsanitary, very unhealthy look at the condition. I'm in right now because of their laziness, but tomorrow I will be going back to the shop in showing them my name.What they did to me

Been going here for years and it has always felt welcoming and love the work they day with the service the provide. Felt alittle festive and was not disappointed. Definitely recommend

Underwhelmed is a good word to describe my experience here. I would not recommend if you are looking to get a manicure with regular nail polish. First and foremost, they were friendly and sweet. I could tell it was a family establishment which I think is wonderful, but unfortunately the pleasant environment did not make up a sub-par manicure. Upon entrance, there was not a list/menu of services with set prices. I asked for the most basic manicure with french tips using regular polish, no acrylic/gel/etc. What I received was disappointing for the price I paid. My nails were shaped unevenly, with jagged edges, and underneath was not cleaned out after filing. My manicurist left nail polish residue (which I did not notice until after I left) from my last manicure on multiple nails as she did n

Lena R. is clearly sorely mistaken! I received the best non gel/acrylic/etc. regular manicure I’ve ever received in my history of manicures and I’ve been to the number one nail salon in Houston! There was no mistakes within my French tips and the nail tech/ manicurist made sure I was comfortable and happy with my nails and I was ! I’m so glad I stopped by here while visiting El Paso for family it was amazing ❤️🌈✨

10/10 would recommend!! I went to get off a set of acrylics, and clean up my nails. The result was AMAZING!! My nails are usually brittle but by the time my tech was done they felt strong & looked clean & healthy! For the removal & the strengthening coat, it was $25 bucks - A STEALLL. The girls were also so friendly but like nott overbearing so that was cool too :) I added a picture (pls excuse any redness I was eating red candy right before this pic 🤣)
