My wife and I enjoyed a couples massage with 30 minutes beforehand in the sauna. Laura and Jenny were our massage therapists. I had Laura and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She quickly found the right amount of pressure and worked out a couple of my crunchy areas. Great flow! Only note to the management: when your guests are in the sauna area, they can hear everything. It would be worth reminding all your staff to tread softly and whisper when in the general spaces.

My husband and I both got massages here. Wow! We were visiting from Seattle and these were the BEST massages we have had. My husband gets deep tissue massages frequently to heal his various sports ailments and he said Linden gave him the best massage he's ever had. Jenny gave me the massage/facial combo and she was technical and strong on the massage and delightful with my facial. The place itself is spotlessly clean and inviting. Do not hesitate to go here!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years for massages and have had the best experiences. Today I got held up at my Dr office and was a bit late for my appointment. I was show kindness and they made accommodations for me. Highly recommend this place :)

Wonderful yoga class with Sheri - she was so kind, always keeping an eye on me and checking in with me since it was my first class here. And she’s a great teacher - great flow / pace of class, full body engagement, and she clearly has great relationships with her students! Thanks Sheri😊
