VY NAILS SPA

I got gel x nails done by Tom. They forgot to add a layer of the glue to my own nail, and only added it to the nail tips. They also did not add a lot and the glue did not cover my whole nail either. Because of this all but 2 nails fell off after 3 days. I wasn't doing anything strenuous either they simply just fell off in my pocket or inside my gloves. I also asked for nail art and had a design but the tech didn't do a very good job, and instead of doing the design I wanted on one nail, just added white dots all over instead. I should have spoken up then, but they kept saying "Your nails look so good" and I am bad with confrontation. This also cost me $85 for the whole set not to even last 24h. Lynn was patiently and detailed technician I know. She done Dip manicure for me quite few years. I been following her since 2021. She understood me right away .I just give her design ideas, she created a piece of art only just “YOU” unbelievable 😘. Go see her if you wanted someone care tor your own beauty.

I’ve been going to VY Nail spa for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. I had never been before but I recently followed my nail tech here after she left my other salon, and am so pleased I did. The owner is so nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and all of the technicians are so friendly. I have never had a bad experience and I always leave with my nails looking amazing. Lynn is so attentive and is quick and efficient and can do it all. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I love this place. 10/10 recommend.

Went in to get a nail fixed. Got seated with a technician named Tom. I am so disappointed with this experience. He was fixing my nail and I asked him if he could make sure he files and shapes the nail to match the shape of the nails I had already. He could not match them. I get an almond shape and he made it look round. I politely asked him and showed up the other shape of my nails which he could already see it was so obvious since he is only fixing one nail. He still couldn’t do it. The way he shaped my nail was SO obvious to any eye that it did NOT match the shape of the other nails. I had politely asked and showed him 3 times.
