V.v. Nails and Spa

Went in my grand daughter asked the guy for dark pink french tips and he ignored her request and did white tip. I was upset he ignored her request for pink french tips not being fulfilled. She was to embarrassed to tell him she wanted dark pink tips. I was charged for medium length nails yet they are obviously sports length I always get. She swore they were medium length when I questioned why so short. My grand daughters are medium length check photos are my nails medium length or short sports length. No wonder why they don't show you the paper bill they write on they ripping you off. Its so dirty the tools they use are worn. I wanted to walk out but already had tips on when I noticed the dirty lights they use. I will not be going back. They rip you off. They both got a 5.00 tip so they

I came in and got my acrylic toes done because my regalar people weren’t available next day I came in for a full set. paid 140 for a set that the rhinestones kept falling off I had to come back multiple times to get fixed and their nail tech told me this type of set isn’t for a girl like me and she should’ve charged more money which was never communicated . Don’t come here poor customer service . The girls name is wren or ren . Obviously you dont want to be serviced somewhere , where your pride is bigger than respecting your clients . Natalie is amazing. My feet were in bad shape she didn't make me feel bad. She made recommendations for the best pedicure that would help. She got my ingrown nails and cut down others that were going to be problematic. She talked to me and didn'tjust had me a menu! It was the best! Will be back 100%!

Honestly sad I spent my money here. I usually go to a different salon but went here for a new set of dip nails bc it was closer to me at the time and I was out of options. The place was pretty dirty. The employees weren’t friendly really. It’s gross when the nail techs are sitting me down with their food trash and not even washing their hands. They’re inconvenienced you’re there. They kept handing me nail colors to pick and then apparently I chose the wrong ones, even when they said what they gave me was dip. She dipped my finger DIRECTLY into the dip powder container instead of dipping into a different container? My nails looked like I put on cheap target press on nails… awful. I had a disappointing experience at VV Nail Spa. I told the nail tech, Kelly, multiple times that my acrylic nail was glued on crooked, but she continued anyway. When she tried to fix it while filing, it only got worse. She appeared visibly upset, rolled her eyes, and called the manager. My nails looked nothing like the reference photo I showed. The French tips were uneven and shaky, and my fingers hurt under the light due to excessive cuticle cutting. I asked for the almond shaped and they came out very pointy. I asked her to round them a little bit, but nothing changed. They only kept getting shorter. One of them looked crooked and skinny, and the other one looked very thick and chubby.
