Colorado Connective Massage

I am on my 3rd pregnancy and injured my hip. After 6 weeks I finally tried massage. Tyler works miracles! This was my first experience with him and immediately after getting up from his table I went from sometimes needing a walker to get around the house to playing on the floor with my toddlers again! I am eternally grateful for his transformative work in giving me my life back, and I am thrilled to have such a talented healer in my arsenal through the rest of my pregnancy and postpartum. For my pregnant girlies, know that he is prenatal certified and very knowledgable. Also, although he was very good at keeping it manageable for me, expect this kind of massage to be a bit painful or uncomfortable. This is medical, healing massage-not fluffy, relaxation.

I started seeing Aliya a little over a year ago. I was having sciatica spasms and shoulder blade pains, and Colorado Connective Massage came highly recommended to us. While the massage in the moment is not fun (it's medical massage, not spa massage), my body is feeling so much better and a lot of the spasms and pains are relieved! Don't expect to be fixed immediately - our bodies continuously find ways to get misaligned and sometimes past body traumas take years (and layers of muscle) to work through and alleviate.
