VV Nail Spa

I had a terrible experience at this salon and will not be returning. The service was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked to see a swatch of two different colors to decide what looked best, I was told "no." The actual manicure was a mess. I asked the technician multiple times to clean my cuticles, and she completely ignored me. Because of that, the polish is flooded and uneven. To make matters worse, there are visible bubbles in the polish and the application is very sloppy. I pointed out the issues, and she just left it as is. To top it off, I watched every other customer get a 5-minute massage after their service, but I was skipped entirely. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects their clients and takes pride in their work. 0/10.

Was a little desperate to get my nails done my daughter plays basketball in this area so I just popped in and wanted to get a fill in… when I sat down I asked do you have Apple Pay she said yes and then she said “oh sometimes it doesn’t work let’s try it” basically she wanted me to pay before the service… I knew this was the case because a gentleman of another persuasion was getting his nails and feet done he paid and she took his Apple Pay at the end of the service needless to say I will not be back. Also my natural nails are pretty long and it’s been this way for a number of years the technique wasn’t so great some of the nails had a little bit of a bumpy texture to it and for what they want for the service it should be a lot better they won’t get me again. Worst manicure I’ve ever had! Went for a gel manicure on Sunday at 2pm and by Wednesday afternoon it was already chipping. I had previously had a dark blue gel polish before I went with a light pink and she did such a poor job in removing the blue polish. Every single mail had some blue showing on the edges it to mention bubbles on three nails and she barely cleaned up the cuticles! Never have I had this before! Just a poor job and I was charged $35.45 and I tipped her nicely too. Manager has poor customer service attitude to boot. NEVER, NEVER going back here again. Beware if you do.

I have been using VV for years now and am Always pleased with their service . They are very professional and kind to their clients ( even the rude ones!) The staff here work very hard to please everyone even when it's very busy . I have used most all of their staff for nails, pedicures and hair and everyone was very good . Thanks for your hard work and always squeezing me in at the last minute !

My first three times here were ok, of course they always work on rush speed. Today a different technician worked on me. The results were disastrous. Not only was the color they put not match what I requested, I wanted a very light silver with a little shimmer and instead got a bright greenish gold. The excuses then were really dumb, and what was the solution, the manager came over and slapped on another layer of sparkle making the nails even thicker and wonkier. When I asked for a discount for the ugly looking nails, she said it was my problem. They seem to treat there regulars nicely but it seems like they are not interested in gaining new regular customers. I will never come back again, and never recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else!
