I always come here with my mom to get my nails done and I am never disappointed!! Our favorite nail artist, Dana, always takes very good care of us!! Dana is very good at making you feel comfortable and happy with your nails after the appointment. She also cares about your nail health and will make sure your nails are healthy and beautiful. This one time I chose a design that had an art that added more to the original price. Dana let me know about it being more expensive and we worked around to keep my nails to an affordable price. The atmosphere of the nail salon is so beautiful and comfortable, as if you could walk in and talk with a friend. The salon is also always clean and shining with their marble pattern tile floors to the very artistically beautiful ceiling. I love getting my nails

I really wanted to love this place. I’ve been here in the past and had decent experiences, but this time was extremely disappointing. I switched to builder gel specifically because it’s supposed to last longer. Unfortunately, the builder gel application here did not last at all. My nails broke within 5 days of my appointment. I went back to have them fixed, and they broke again shortly after. The nails were very thin and flimsy, which defeats the entire purpose of builder gel. I’m not sure if it’s the product itself or the technician’s technique, but something clearly isn’t right. Normally, my builder gel sets last 3–4 weeks without any issues — these barely made it close to 2 weeks, even with a repair. On top of that, the technician was very rough. I've been going to Vuvuzela for years and they always do a great job. Karen is great with nail design and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended nail salon!

Rating is based on their nail tech Dana. Her communication can be dismissive and passive aggressive when communicating your needs. Because of so she yanks your hands and will even cut your cuticles as she drills. Nail tech has been seen being verbally combative with even their management team when they try to step in because of how mean she is to customers. If they are unable to reason with her there is not much of a chance of accountability whatsoever. I would suggest to avoid her for a pleasant experience because beside her each person has been professional and friendly from the door. Hoping to help another.

I have been there for almost 2 years.Greatest nail salon in Katy/Houston area. I have been to many nail salons and no one can do design like Emma!!! Highly recommended. Emma is really great with nails design she can do whatever pictures or designs you show her. Lien is the best for pedicure too! Cherry 🍒 is great for waxing. Recommend you all to try those three out!
