V's Hair & Beauty Supplies

Unfortunately, we had a really troubling experience at V's Hair & Beauty Supplies. My wife bought a hair product and literally within a minute of stepping outside to our car, she realized it wasn’t what she wanted. When she tried to return it immediately with the receipt in hand, the store refused a refund and only offered store credit. What made this situation even worse was that the employee threatened to report her to the police, falsely accusing her of stealing the item. They even claimed they had her on camera and would report her if she complained further, which is absolutely unacceptable since she did nothing wrong and had her receipt the entire time. This kind of treatment is simply not okay, and we want others to be aware of how they handle returns and how they treat their custo

My child hood friend owns the store, she's very good very friendly. She will help you with whatever you need and the price is fair.

I thought they were great. Came from out of town and needed a wig fast. They were patient ,friendly and honest and I got a good deal. I thought they were extremely accomidating, didn't try to hard sell me, and gave me a beautiful wig,and I was in a rush. They were right about the best one too. I'd make an appointment first, mayby next time. They are incredibly friendly and good natured. Great customer service,ladies. Thankyou. You were right about the blond and blue,everyone loved it and thought I dyed my own hair. Thankyou

Absolutely terrible. Been a customer for years even tho the items are never priced and the employees treat you like a thief even when you always spend hundreds of dollars in the place bc of convenience ONLY really bc the merchandise is never priced and it's a mess in there. Last straw was today with these ignorant and unprofessional ghetto staff and their lack of manners for an elderly woman requesting a chair when trying on wigs. They were rude, nasty, making fun of her, and I let them know how unprofessional and nasty they BOTH were. I will never go back. Was about to drop like $300 AGAIN. All set. None of my family will ever shop here again. I will make sure my friends know too. Better to go to BSW in Brockton or Prov Beauty or cape cod one of a kind wigs.... Way Better products, prices

Prices ate reasonable and the service help was friendly. There is all types of hair extensions and hair care products for black women. The even carry costume jewelry, earrings, bags and hair accessories. They do not have a variety of hair color or rinses (Dark n Lovely, Clairol, etc.,). I ended up going to Sally Beauty for additional hair products.
