If you want a stylist that will be candid and honest ...FLORENCE!!! Is the lady you NEED! I went in with wanting a "change" I love my Grey but also don't love the texture of it. I thought I wanted to color just to tame the texture. We talked (She listened! And heard) we did a simple long layered cut. And then I booked a keratin treatment to smooth out the grey. I am so in love with how soft and shiny and smooth my hair is now! I have been looking for a stylist for over 5 years of trial and (horrific) errors (other stylist whom didn't listen). I have finally found a stylist that I adore her work AND she is a pretty awesome person!

Lemme tell you about my girl Florence!!!! Each time I sit down in her chair not only am I getting to communicate with now a life-long friend but I always leave feeling so happy because my hair looks EXACTLY what I want.
