BEST MASSAGE I'VE HAD IN YEARS! I've been looking for a local masseuse who was able to suit my body's needs, and Amy is just the person for it! A lot of times when other massage therapists, when asked for more firm pressure, they are either reluctant to do it or are not too used to doing it. I can say with full confidence that Amy is very knowledgeable and experienced in working out your muscles how they need to be!!! She is incredibly kind and communicative, and ensures you are comfortable! Even with my request for more firm pressure (and I definitely felt it, which is my preference!), a day later and I am not only NOT incredibly sore, but I feel rejuvenated and able to get on the move, a bit of a clean slate for my increasingly more active lifestyle. Amy is a fantastic massage therapist! She really takes the time to ask her clients what areas are causing them pain, and works to tailor each session towards fixing the problem. After the first few minutes, she checks in with you to see if you’d like the pressure stronger or softer. I’ve been to other multi-therapist centers before and did not experience this same level of professionalism there. Even after some time at the desired level, Amy still checks in to make sure the session is going how you want it to, and that the pressure is still okay. I highly recommend Amy to anyone seeking an effective and professional massage therapist in Charleston/Summerville!
