Volente Nails

The ladies here are very nice and kind but they have no idea what they are doing. I have come here on numerous occasions and been disappointed every single time. I came a few days ago to get my gelx nails off. They took the nail polish off without removing the actual fake nail off when I specifically asked to take the fake nail off so I can have my natural nails. They sent me out the door with the fake nails just with no nail polish on and took forever. Other salons do not take this long to do such a simple task that is quite simple. Do yourself a favor and go to another salon. Do not waste your time by coming here.

I went yesterday they were very nice but the service is poor I think they work under the pressure of the manager at least that's what I felt I didn't feel it was a harmonious and pleasant place but the employees try to do their job however due to the same pressure that She gave me her nails, she made a mistake and I don't care because we all make mistakes I'm human but later I told her that she was left lumpy and nervous and she looked like her boss, and I was very unhappy with the work and today she let us notice more the imperfection, I'm not one to go to places to complain but they cost me $110 for something that I want to remove today, I think you could improve your work environment so that employees can work more comfortably. Wonderful experience working with Annie at Volente Nails! I went here with an odd request to have different designs on each nail and then let Annie work her creative magic. As you can see, her creations did not disappoint! Service and staff were also very friendly. I would absolutely recommend stopping by.

I really wanted to like it here! The staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. Unfortunately after less than 24 hours of wear, my nails are completely destroyed. I got acrylics with gel polish. They started to chip and peel which is strange for gel polish and the nails over all were very bumpy and uneven. I read their policy as I was checking out and they clearly say that they don't do refunds of any kind which is slightly disappointing, but I understand they need to stay in business. If there is any way to get my money back that would be wonderful but I don't see that happening. Unfortunately I won't be back and I don't recommend this salon.

Me and my daughter got our nails done and I got a pedicure and OOOOOHH they cute🤭 they were not too much the people who did my nails were nice and funny and it was a good service and environment.
