Sara Delle is truly amazing. She is incredibly talented, professional, and so kind. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit in her chair and really takes the time to understand what you want. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I wanted something different around Thanksgiving, Sara Delle suggested the balayage- LOVED it! I have absolutely no complaints and plan on going back very soon for the same exact service. Great vibe in the salon and loved my "therapy" session with Sara. Can't wait to go back!

I paid $170 for a color service with Carolyn that left my hair looking exactly the same if not dark than when I walked in. No visible change. No results. When I messaged her directly calmly and respectfully to express my concerns, she read my message and chose to ignore it completely. That silence says everything about her lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic decency. It gets worse. When I contacted the owner, I was met with nothing but hostility, sarcasm, and childish mockery. She accused me of trying to scam them for a refund and even had the nerve to ask, “Do you have a stylist attorney?” when I mentioned I’d consider taking legal action.
