Helen "hit the spot!" In her centrally- yet privately-perfect location, Helen welcomed me at the front door, awaiting my arrival. She thoroughly explained my first-visit preliminary paperwork and clearly communicated what I should expect. Throughout my massage, she periodically asked my permission to address delicate areas to ensure my comfort was priority, all while targeting my problem areas and relaxingly-resetting my entire body. Helen is wonderful. I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I have been twice and plan to continue going back. Very clean establishment and great service. UPDATE: Thank you, once again, Helen for helping me de-stress with an amazing massage! No matter how tense I am, I walk out a new person.
