Vnailspa Nails salon

I have been a customer here before and have liked the service I went yesterday 10/30/25 and got a pedicure and my toe is now infected.

I love Kristy. She is by far one of the best nail technicians I've ever sat with in my life. She took great care in removing a full set of acrylics I had done at Les Nails. I decided to do gel nail polish after the acrylic was removed and Kristy did not disappoint. She gave me a complete manicure before doing the gel polish. Two of my nails were broke down to the nail bed but she mended them so that they would all be the same length and look neat. I could not be a more satisfied customer with my gel manicure. VnailSpa has also been remodeled and is clean with an amazing selection of gel nail polish. Don't go anywhere else go here & ask for Kristy she is beyond great!

I Went to VNailspa Nails Salon about 2 months ago, while I was getting my pedicure done, the lady was cutting my"cuticle"",, and kept going into my skin which led to an open wound on the right big toe,she kept going back to cut "whatever she was trying to cut", not to mention when she noticed that I saw my wound, she took out this small tube like container that had this yellowish crystal powder and put it on my wound she gave me, I was concerned because I have no idea what it was. From that she had me submerge my feet into the water, She continued to do my nails, for some reason she kept going back to cutting my nails, for some reason she kept going back to cutting my Cuticles/skin. All the Equipment she used was very unsanitary/ looked previously used.When it came time to pay she had told
