I got a structured manicure and regular pedicure with Roxane, and she was amazing. She cleaned my cuticles thoroughly, shaped my nails perfectly, and helped me pick the right color. I highly recommend her, she also does great nail art. If she’s not available, Rebecca is another excellent choice. I’ve had wonderful experiences with both. I’ll definitely be back. I came in today at 10:15 a.m. for a manicure and pedicure. During the transition from the manicure to the pedicure, one of my fingernails was ruined. I asked for it to be repainted properly, but instead of removing the polish, it was painted over multiple times (about three layers). I expressed concern that the polish was becoming too thick to dry, but I was repeatedly offered to “paint over it again” rather than fix it correctly. The service was completed around 12:44 p.m.. At approximately 2:08 p.m., I lightly touched my toenails (which were not even repainted) and the polish completely slid off. Wrote to the salon about my concerns. At that point, the salon did not offer a solution, only excuses. I ended up removing all the polish myself at home. I paid almost $100 for this service

I had an amazing experience at Vivid Nail Salon, where Roxana pampered me like a queen during my manicure and pedicure. My nails turned out absolutely perfect! The service was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Roxana and the salon for a fantastic nail care experience.

Love my nails done by Lyannen! She was very gentle trimming my cuticle and I love the color suggestions she recommended. They also have a nice selection of complimentary beverages to sip on during your appt.
