Vivian nails & spa

Unfortunately I will be changing my rating smh! My first set which was the French Tip looked great and I didn’t complain! They started falling off a week later and I assumed it was because it was an old set …. Last week a went back to get them done this time a fresh set and the nails are so dull like if she didn’t add a top coat but she did, also the shape isn’t as good as the first shape she did and my nails are lifting up already ! I’m so disappointed because I thought this would have been my go to place!

My first visit there was today. When they were using the filing machine, While sanding down my nail polish, they went too far and went deep into my skin so I had two fingers that were bleeding. When I entered into the shop the station that they told me to sit, I was dirty. I had to tell them to clean it. I would never go back there again.

I have come to Vivian for 7 years and I absolutely love her, She’s always my go to nail place!! She always do a great job she’s very nice and accommodating, I love getting my pedicure with her, as she give amazing foot and leg massage!! I love the environment, which is supper welcoming! If you’re looking for a new place to get your nails and pedicure done, I definitely recommend giving Vivian Nails a try!!

I was excited to try out this place. I had high hopes unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. My pedicure looks terrible. My nails looks like it got cut by a toddler. They are uneven. My manicure came out OK I believe the owner helped out the lady who was doing my manicure. I wish I would have spoken out more, but I didn’t want to feel uncomfortable even more and also, make the lady uncomfortable. Sadly, I wouldn’t come again.

Horrible , please believe reviews when you read them. Nobody will spend the time of day complaining about something if it wasn’t true!!!! The place is dirty and smells really bad probably because it does not get cleaned. Flies all over. But more importantly my pedicure was horrible. My polish is all on top of my cuticles and not my nails. I didn’t not ge the design I asked for or paid for. Then she tried to charge me additional $30 to get what I originally asked for. The lady here was horrible, service was horrible, not to mention. No customers were in there. Took here 3 hour to do this very poor pedicure and not one single customer came in while I was there for 3 hours. Really bad experience and my pedicure is UGLY. Thank you for wasting my money.
