Sharon Sklar Rolfing

I've tried acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage, and reiki, but Rolfing with Sharon Sklar has been truly life-changing. The improvement in my posture has been the most noticeable benefit, but Sharon has also created more space in my body for deeper, easier breathing and helped me feel significantly less twisted and compressed. She's incredibly intuitive and expertly targets problem areas to provide lasting relief.

I'm 47 and have gotten a lot of body work throughout my life. Finding Sharon is such a gift. I was having trouble with my hip for over a year. I had seen other body workers without relief. After one session that trouble is 95% gone. I continue to see her to help maintain my body as things inevitably come up. I am so thankful for her skill.

I have been a client of Sharon’s since 1990 . I went to her because of a back issue and after the first session I felt 90 % better ! I continue to see her for other orthopedic issues as well as post operative care for the surgeries I have had . I had a fairly significant complication after minor hip surgery. I sought our cardiologists and pulmonologist and was told that there was nothing else to do. And I knew something wasn’t quite right. I could not get the air into my lungs and it felt like my body had betrayed me. Sharon said she could help. I didn’t know what to expect and I wasn’t going to give up. Sharon provided an expertise and a context for healing. She was attentive and intuitive. She literally returned my body to me. I can now breath with ease and with power.
