Vivian Nail Bar - Salon Suite

Our family recently visited the new Vivian Nail Bar location at 1417 W. Stan Schlueter Loop in Killeen, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was clean, modern, and welcoming. The spa was beautifully designed, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It’s clear they put thought into creating a relaxing environment. Ben, Tiana, and Peter each did an amazing job on our spa services. They were professional, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and made the experience feel unhurried and truly pampering. I had such an amazing experience at this nail shop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable right away. My pedicure was absolutely perfect — they were gentle, detailed, and took their time to make sure everything looked flawless. The massage was so relaxing, and my feet feel incredibly soft and refreshed. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I left feeling pampered and confident. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. Five stars all the way!

Went there yesterday for a pedicure with fill on all the toes on acrylic powder and was done within 40 minutes of the whole start to finish. Got home took a shower and the gel nail polish off my big toe washed off in the shower not to mention all my toe nails are different lengths when I said I wanted them to all be the same length purpose of getting the powder on top and there all lumpy and different lengths and even on my skin the power I told the guy doing my nails he said no it’s ok. They didn’t even scrub the feet how the 1st location does it. He even filed my real nail down so far it started to bleed and he just said oh sorry it’s okay. I got the $40 pedicure and was charged $126 just for toenails like make that make sense when all they were was a full I have never paid so much money

Jenn did a fabulous job on my nails. She was so precise with my design. She made me feel as if we have been friends for yrs. She did a fantastic job & I definitely will be coming bacl & referring all my girls to her.

I had gone another place for my daughter’s 18th bday dinner and my nails were terrible and I wasn’t happy but dnt have the time to get them fixed but I made a appt and they set me up with Jen and when I say Jen did her big one on my nails a correct the mess from the other shop.. the staff is nice they got me right on in and took very good care of me service 10/10 must go!!
