I had SUCH a good experience. I got a lash lift, a Brazilian, and an underarm wax, and this was my first time doing any of those. I was nervous going in, but Brooklyn immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained each step before she did it so I always knew what to expect. She double-checked that everything was clean, kept checking in about the wax temperature, and made sure I was okay after every pull. She was super accommodating and never made me feel awkward at all. She was also really easy to talk to and had such a chill friendly energy that made everything feel comfortable and relaxed.
