Not a huge fan of the acetone bowls with marbles dries My hands and nails out makes my nails brittle. Couldn't understand what I was asking for and perform a simple ombre, so I had to go with the solid color and it wasn't even the color I picked out compared to their samples. No bedside manner. Not a comfortable environment. I didn't see any clean tools. I personally won't be going back.

i’ve went here a few times, the first time i went i sat for 3 hours and there were multiple people who came in after i did that got finished before i was ever called out of the waiting area, the second time i went i got dip powder and i also went earlier in the day which is the best idea. i had a wonderful experience the second time i went. i was in and out super quick the lady who done my nails was super nice and amazing. the last time i went the lady doing my nails couldn’t do the design i wanted, which is cool whatever, but they still charged me for the design that i didn’t get. and my nails didn’t even last 24 hours before chipping and breaking. i work from home and type on a computer all day so i know i wasn’t being too rough on them. i would love this place if the service was more co

These pictures are 3 days after and I got the sns powder on my nails. I also got a pedicure. He did a really good job. Extremely clean (they have you wash your hands as soon as you walk through the door after you fill out a form), does what you ask and take their time to do it properly. He asked me specific questions about how I wanted my nails shaped, if I wanted to add tips so they would be more even (I’m growing them so I kept my nails the way they were) and gave me plenty of time to decide on the colors I wanted rather than standing over me making me feel like I needed to hurry since they were busy. I appreciated not feeling rushed through my service. I felt really relaxed the entire time. Definitely will return and would recommend ❤️

I love love LOVE this place! Clean, Friendly, Fun to cut up with and they do GREAT work! My last nail place had me traumatized to try anything fun, so glad I found them! My nails are just too cute. This is my 3rd time with them and I have nothing but good words and I never leave disappointed.

Vivid nails is rhe BEST place in Tinley to go for your nails. Vivian is beyond friendly and talented. Between her, Liz, and the rest of her staff, I have never left disappointed and ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. Vivid nails and Vivian are the BEST!!! I always come in with some type of design that I would like and they always match it perfectly
