Vivi Nails Spa

My daughter and I went yesterday for Deluxe gel manicure and pedicures…feet dry and feel worse than when we went. Will not be returning! Nice people but it’s time to retire!

I had a great experience at Vivi Nails today. It was clean and all of the tools used were sanitary. It was not busy at all and I was helped promptly. I got a full set acrylic gel manicure and pedicure. I really enjoyed the quiet of the salon. The woman who did my nails, who I unfortunately did not know the name of, but I assume is the owner did my nails with meticulous detail to ensure each one was perfect. I have never had that level of workmanship at another salon, and with this reasonable of a price. In total I paid less than $100 for all these services, which is great for me!

The technician was very nice and I didn't have to wait at all for a Friday. Since I already had a full set she only had to do one repair and the fill-in. The one repair was super thick, way thicker than my other nails but I can deal with that. Yesterday I realized that my nails were snagging every string it could find. Today my middle nail is broken and they are all chipping around the edges now. I don't think I'll be back.

My mom and I went for a pedicure. The owners were such a pleasure to be around. They were very comical and made it a really fun experience. The value for the money was great. We got the deluxe spa pedicure and it was great. Great service, great humor, we definitely recommend. It’s a small shop but very clean and nice. Call ahead to schedule an appointment if you don’t want to wait. We called and asked if they could get us in in as soon as 15 minutes and they had openings. Very nice place and it wasn’t crowded.

I've been coming to ViVi Nails for over a year now, and they consistently do an excellent job with both pedicures and SNS manicures. The owners always provide outstanding customer service, attentively listening to special requests and ensuring appointments run on time. I highly recommend this nail salon.
