I did the Custom Designer Facial with Rianna and it was amazing. She’s truly great at what she does. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and everyone was very kind. Parking is easy and they validate it. In my case, the validation didn’t go through correctly, but they immediately offered to request a refund, which I really appreciated. The place is nice and very relaxing. I’m definitely coming back!

Anita is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. Her technique is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing — the perfect balance of firm pressure and smooth, calming movements. I left the session feeling refreshed, lighter, and with significantly less tension in my shoulders and back. Anita is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Her bubbly personality mixed with the knowledge of her profession and her honest feedback made me comfortable, as this was my first facial.
