STAY AWAY! A first time customer. Extremely unhappy with the coloring service. I booked an appointment with Stacy, who is listed as a MASTER STYLIST and EDUCATOR !!!!!, on Viva Bella Website. I had previously colored my hair professionally at a salon before, and my natural hair had grown (two pictures with full face). So I wanted to have a uniform color all over, and a little bit darker than my ends. I explicitly said I do not want any red tone in my hair. What I got is the last 3 pictures. multiple colors that do not match. The top part of my hair is brown with a red tone, the middle part is cool brown and the ends are blond! I went for a correction two days after, Stacy put a toner on my hair (so the second time my hair is exposed to chemicals), and still a very poor result. A one inc

I would leave 100 stars if I could! Meagan and Kyra did hair and makeup for me and my bridal party for my wedding in October. Not only did I look and feel beautiful, but they were also incredibly professional and courteous to me and my family. I never felt rushed—they were so kind when I started feeling nervous, and they were completely open to any feedback when I needed or wanted something adjusted. My hair and makeup lasted perfectly throughout the entire ceremony and reception. The salon was fantastic to work with, too! They made coordinating the getting-ready process, consultations, and any questions I had so easy. Worth every penny—I’ll be recommending them forever!

I have been a client at Viva Bella for over three years and can not recommend this place enough. My stylist, Kelly, does a phenomenal job each time and pays great attention to detail. She is helpful, honest, and always great to be around- my hair has never looked better since I started going to Kelly. I recommend Kelly for any blonde looking for great highlights, or anything in general! The rest of the staff is also amazing and very friendly, over the phone and in person!

I have been coming here for a while now and I have only had great experiences. My sister and I got our hair done for her wedding and it was perfect! They do amazing work and I will continue to go back. I highly recommend Kyra for all of your hair needs from cutting to dying hair, she always makes me leave feeling great.
