Saltwater of State College

I was a little hesitant to get a massage in pregnancy but had heard rave reviews from various people about Sarah’s expertise at Saltwater. Decided to give it a go and I’m so happy that I did! Sarah clearly knew what precautions to take when massaging me (in my second trimester) such as propping my right hip to encourage proper circulation when lying on my back. Also, it was awesome that Saltwater has a massage table with a belly cutout. I wondered if a pregnancy massage would even be worth it because I usually enjoy a deep tissue massage (which I understand isn’t ideal in pregnancy) but it was definitely worth it. It was super relaxing and the pressure was perfect. I left feeling soooo relaxed and rejuvenated. I hope to go back for my birthday at the start of the third trimester! Thanks,

Sarah is an incredible massage therapist. Environment is very relaxing, quiet, and clean. Well worth the wait to get in to see her! You really can't find the massage therapist of your dreams unless you experience multiple before picking your favorites. Thank you Sarah! You're the best!

Always LOVED my experiences at Saltwater. Sarah is very professional and passionate about her job, and is so understanding of questions and comforting about new experiences such as a Salt float or a massage. Highly, highly, highly recommend. I used to go to her regularly but I miss her terribly after moving away 😭

Very relaxing, massage was wonderful, Sarah got all of the knots out of my neck and shoulders and has excellent pressure. And the float tank wow!!!! It’s the largest float tank I have been in , totally amazing, the lights are voice controlled which is a feature I’ve never experienced before. I really enjoyed the relaxation area between services as well, sipping my cucumber water while watching the waterfall. I will be back!!!!

I came here looking for a massage due to just working 65 hours on my feet the weekend of Arts Fest. While working my regular job the Monday after I could barely stand due to my feet and legs hurting so badly. Sarah did a fantastic job and I felt like a new person after our massage. My legs didn't hurt. I was able to walk a mile and a half with ease. And I was no longer a slacker at work. She is now my go to person for receiving leg and foot pain as I haven't found anyone yet to do what she did.
