My first time experience was really nice. Everyone was super sweet from the moment I walked in the door. The location is easy to find. The place is super clean, bright and welcoming. The staff is such a great team. Everyone made me feel comfortable was attentive to my questions and skin concerns. Such a great atmosphere to walk into. Loved my treatment and excited to see my results.

So amazing! I would give Vitra 10 Stars!! Every time I go there I am greeted with a warm welcome. All staff is very generous with their time and answers all questions. They really listen and respect what you want, and meet you where you are with your skin care journey. I have received a wonderful hydrofacial with Alyssa who is super nice and kind! Lisa introduced me to non-invasive procedures that are helping me with my skin concerns and she is also so nice and kind. Kristen and Sophia at the front desk are wonderful! So sweet and helpful. No one every tries to upsell or talk you into something you're not comfortable with. No pressure, but lots of information and education is available. I really feel appreciated and valued as a client. 10000/10 to be honest. From the second I walked in I felt at home. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Alyssa was also her own 10000/10. Talked me through everything and then let me relax. I came out glowing literally. Can’t wait to go back

I have been seeing Erin in Smithtown. She is very informative and has helped me achieve skin that I am absolutely loving. I have had a few different treatments. I did a BBL on face and neck and I am amazed at the difference. Looking for to micro needling next session.
