This is my second haircut with Dina and both times I’ve walked away feeling like an entirely new woman. I have very thin, fine and flat hair and was always told by other salons that layers wouldn’t work. Nonetheless, I’ve given it a few tries and it never looked great. Until I met Dina!!! She is undoubtedly an expert in her craft because my hair has NEVER looked fuller or better - and with a ton of layers to boot!! Whatever magic she pulls on my hair makes it look like a salon blowout every day for months after the haircut (the picture posted is a whole month after my first haircut, after rolling out of bed in the morning, and somehow it still looks like a blowout). I’m really disappointed with how I was treated by Rach, during an incredibly difficult time. I will never forget how she made me feel especially when I was at my weakest right after remission, simply because I looked hispanic. I’m not even Hispanic but that hardly matters. Cancer survivors come in all shades and if you don’t want to welcome everyone just be upfront about that and save the rest of us the heartache. She didn’t even give me a rose that all the other survivors got. Salons being exclusionary or only serving customers that fit a certain look or clientele is nothing new on long island but I didn’t expect them to look a cancer survivor up and down

I visited Racine for the first time today and had my first ever facial treatment, performed by Shayla. The experience was fantastic! The entire team was very welcoming and courteous. Great atmosphere in there for sure. Shayla was very knowledgeable and very professional. Will definitely be rebooking!

I just had my first appointment and I will definitely be back! I had a facial with Shayla and she was incredible, very sweet and professional. The staff was very welcoming and the whole place was clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend!
