I have been coming here for the last 6 months and have been incredibly happy across modalities. In working with Robert he has helped me with a nagging long term Injury as I work to restrengthen my body. And the bodywork with myofascial expert Wren has been incredible. This duo packs a great punch and are some of the best quality providers we have in the County.

I ran into Wren at music in the park. I was visiting my brother on vacation and would only be in town for a few days. Wren opened her shop early so I could schedule an appointment the very next day! I can’t say enough about the massage. Wren’s knowledge is unmatched. I have massages regularly none of them come close to Vital Movement Collective. Wren knows exactly where the pressure points are and how to use them. Thanks again for the wonderful massage! I hope to be back soon:)

Wren is an *AhMazing massage therapist /body worker. I've had massages in many states and in many countries, and truly, Wren is the *best there is. She is strong, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced ... She's also very responsive via txt etc. 6 out of 5 stars ~I highly recommend her.

Wren and Robert are AMAZING!!! So knowledgable about the body, intuitive and endlessly kind. I've started the yummy yoga therapy (fine tuning and deep work) and massage (THE BEST) with Wren and am having noticeable and lasting positive changes. I am very grateful to have this opportunity to find my breath and balance at this new healing center.
