I was searching for a hair stylist in the area, and found Leah. I must say…. WOW. She is worth it. I highly recommend her for color. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered the perfect color and tone. She is a stylist that knows exactly what she is doing and when she says that she has many years of experience, believe her. You won’t be disappointed. She is a 10 out of 10 amazing !!!! 😋 Not only did she deliver excellent service, but was able to answer any questions or concerns I had about my hair since it’s very fine and what I can do about it. Finally, I found my hair stylist in this salon, the best place to get all that you need in one stop. The eyelash extension specialist does a great job. My hair stylist is wonderful and friendly and knows what her clients want for a hairstyle. The owner is always there and very friendly. I love the cleanliness and wonderful staff they have😎. I am very happy with this wonderful hair saloon. Thank you. Update : sad to inform my hair dresser moved and no longer works at this place.

Go see Rachel she is fantastic and saved my hair! I had completely ruined my hair with at home color. Her color correction was totally amazing. The absolute best cut and color I've ever had. My hair is extremely thick and hard for me to manage. Rachel's professional and skill is unmatched. She is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I've been getting daily compliments as a result of her incredible work. I can't speak highly enough of the salon and stylist Rachel. I promise you will never go to another stylist once Rachel touches your hair! I wish I knew how to add pictures to show the before and after transformation.

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the experience we had at Visual Changes Salon, especially with Jasmine. My mom has Alzheimer’s, and getting her to a hair appointment can sometimes be challenging—but Jasmine was absolutely wonderful with her. She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. She took her time, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with such dignity and warmth. It meant more than I can put into words. And on top of that—my mom’s hair looked beautiful afterward! It was styled so nicely and truly brought a smile to her face (and mine). I can't thank Jasmine enough for turning what could have been a stressful experience into something so positive and special. I live in Central Mass, but for the last 2 years I have been going to Visual Changes. I only see Sam, with the exception of one time, but in all honesty, anyone in there is a great choice. It all comes down to your preference. My hair has never looked and feel healthier, shiny, and just overall beautiful. I enjoy the atmosphere at this salon, and the staff is warm, friendly, and professonal. The owner Mark is just one of the nicest business owner I know. I never feel rushed, and even take me when I arrive a little late. Their product selection is one of the best, and I don't mind driving an hour and 30 minutes for a job well done. Highly highly recommend them!!
