Yadira is truly exceptional! I’ve been to countless hairdressers over the years, and almost none of them knew how to handle my fine Asian hair. It’s difficult to cut, and most stylists either rush through or don’t take the time to understand me — the result looks fine in the chair, but never once I get home. Very frustrating. Yadira is the complete opposite. She listens, communicates so well, and somehow always knows exactly what I want — even when I struggle to explain it. Every single cut she gives me is flawless, grows out beautifully, and makes me feel confident and beautiful the moment I walk out. Yadira is an amazing hairstylist. This location, for anyone new to the area is NOT where maps takes you. It's actually a new location! Make sure to let them know if you need the physical address and bring cash or a check. They do not accept cards. However, they are worth it! Great and friendly service and they listen to what you want! I will definitely be back and hope to be a regular. (Update, I've been a VERY HAPPY regular for over 2 years now and couldn't be more pleased)

I see Jen inside the hair salon. She has her own room downstairs. This girl is ridiculously beautiful and very pleasant to be around. She can fix anyone's eyebrows. She also offers several other services that are all worth the money!!!! I would recommend her over and over again

I have been customer here for over 10 years now. Yadira is just an awesome hairstylist and a very caring person. Not only she is great at what she does, she is also great at making you feel welcome. I had a major motor vehicle accident and ended up with broken C5, C6, jaw and cheekbone. I had to be in aspen collars for 10 weeks. I couldn’t wash my hair at home , my husband was very scared to even try. After few weeks I called Yadira asking if she could just wash my hair. I didn’t have any appointment, she told me to come right then. I still wouldn’t forget how well she took care of me that day, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt no discomfort. The best salon in Longmeadow/Springfield area. Yadira, the owner, has been doing my hair for over 10 years. I have moved to Florida but when I'm here in Longmeadow, I always come back to the best! They are totally a full service salon.
