I work closely with their warehouse team and all of their logistics have been impecable, we even drove a same day delivery to one of Vision's customer is Atlanta for an AOG situation.

I was beyond surprised on the efficiency of all the team there. They picked up our AOG on Saturday first attempt while waiting at Opa Locka airport, I was ready to go before Noon. !!!!!!!!WORST AVIATION COMPANY IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA!!!!!!! People who work at the place have no basic education or training in how to treat a customer. They don't know how to respectfully serve a customer and treat them as trash. Had the WORST experience trying to buy from them, not to mention that they have an absurd price too and the parts are bad. !!!!!!!THINK TWICE WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM!!!!!!!

I had an Aircraft down in Fort Lauderdale at 9pm on a Sunday night, their AOG team drove up to FLL Airport at night and delivered our parts at no additional charge, these guys are top notch!
